RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS AND EXCHANGES...
 
Should an item be faulty, we urge you to contact us immediately to obtain an authority number.
 
To ensure your replacement order occurs as soon as possible, we urge you to read and follow the points below;
  • Contact us to get a return authority number as soon as possible
  • Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification of fault
  • Must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and packaging.
 
In the event we cannot replace the exact product, we will notify you immediately and offer you a suitable replacement product or refund.
 
You will not be charged postage if the product is being replaced due to a fault, however if you wish to exchange any products, normal postage costs will apply.
